Delivery arrangements
SS SOLAR arranges delivery of solar panels, inverters, batteries and related installation materials to the project address stated in the customer’s signed Solar Installation Service Agreement (“SISA”).
Delivery will be coordinated with the installation schedule and agreed project progress.
Delivery charges
Delivery to the agreed installation site is included where stated in your quotation or signed SISA.
Any additional delivery requirements or customer-requested changes involving extra charges will be communicated for agreement before proceeding.
Delivery schedule & authority approvals
Delivery and installation will be scheduled after obtaining the relevant authority approvals and receiving the applicable stage payment, in accordance with your signed SISA.
Our team will contact you in advance to confirm the arrangements. Scheduling is also subject to equipment availability, site readiness and safe access.
Approval timelines depend on the relevant authorities, including SEDA and TNB where applicable. We will keep you informed of material changes affecting your project schedule.
Site access & receiving
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the delivery and installation location.
Please inform us in advance of any access restrictions, management approval requirements, unloading restrictions or other conditions that may affect delivery.
Any customer-requested postponement or inability to access the site may affect the project schedule and result in additional charges in accordance with your signed SISA.
Changes to delivery arrangements
Please contact your assigned Solar Consultant as early as possible if you need to change the delivery address or postpone delivery.
Changes are subject to assessment and availability. Any additional costs will be communicated for agreement before proceeding.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you notice damaged or incorrect equipment upon delivery, please notify our team promptly so that we can inspect and arrange appropriate action.
This does not affect your rights under your signed SISA, applicable warranties or Malaysian law.
Applicable agreement
This policy summarises our delivery arrangements. In the event of any inconsistency, the customer’s signed SISA shall prevail to the extent permitted by law.
