Cancellation & refunds
All cancellation and refund arrangements are subject to the Solar Installation Service Agreement (“SISA”) signed by the customer and applicable Malaysian law.
Cancellation after authority submission may incur administrative, engineering, authority submission and processing charges.
Any completed authority application, engineering work, material procurement or installation work shall be chargeable accordingly.
Cancellation after installation completion is non-refundable, subject to any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Refund requests
Please submit cancellation or refund requests in writing to admin@sweeseng.my, stating your name, project address and SISA reference number.
Any refund due will be assessed in accordance with your signed SISA, after accounting for applicable charges. The refund amount and processing arrangements will be confirmed in writing.
Faulty products & warranty claims
Faulty equipment or installation issues will be assessed and addressed in accordance with the applicable manufacturer warranty, SS SOLAR warranty coverage and your signed SISA.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Applicable agreement
This policy summarises our cancellation and refund arrangements. In the event of any inconsistency, the customer’s signed SISA shall prevail to the extent permitted by law.
